  • How long does the ID verification process take?
    We offer instant verification to complete ID verification. It also totally depends on the speed of your internet service provider and the complexity of the verification process. If you are in need of multiple ID/Biometric verification services, this will take longer.
  • Can I use ID verification services for personal use?

    Our charges are tiered depending on the services requested.
  • I depleted my data while using the ID verification service, however I was charged for the service and when I tried to refresh the service I was asked to pay for the service again, what should I do?
    Please send us an email on Ghousekeepingafrica@gmail.com and let us know your full name and number and the National ID number you were trying to verify. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response and solution.
