Baked Fish with dill and chips

Ingredients


For baked fish:

4 fish fillets(tilapia, red snapper, Nile perch)

1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon of lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 egg, beaten

Cooking spray


For Baked Chips:

4 large potatoes, peeled (optional) and cut into wedges

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

4. Dip each fish fillet in the beaten egg, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing the mixture onto the fish to adhere.

5. Place the coated fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

6. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

7. Arrange the potato wedges on the same baking sheet as the fish fillets.

8. Bake the fish and chips for 15 to 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

9. Serve the baked dill fish and chips hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce or ketchup.
