Ingredients
1 packet of thin noodles(such as rice noodles, vermicelli, or spaghetti)
450 grams of thinly sliced beef (your choice of steak)
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan. When the oil is hot, add the beef and stir-fry until it is browned on all sides, about2–3 minutes.
3. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until it is tender but still crisp.
4. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
5. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar and stir to coat the beef and broccoli.
6. Add the noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the beef and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
